IT'S ANONYMOUS. Are you afraid that your family and friends find out you're a perv? No problem, I will never reveal you requested the commission no matter what! Unless, obviously, you're ok with that.

YOU CAN PAY AFTER SKETCH. It's understandable the possible lack of trust when commissioning a new artist. If it's the first time you commission me, you have the option to pay after a rough sketch to help you visualize your idea.

GOOD COMMUNICATION. One of my priorities is try to make you feel at ease and not feel lost or confused, having a clear and transparent discussion. If you have any question, please tell me and I will gladly answer.

By requesting a commission, the client declares to have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions of GreenGhost339.

GreenGhost339 reserves the right to decline any commission request if they are not comfortable with the subject matter, if it exceeds their current skills, or for any other reason without explicit justification.

All commissions are delivered as digital files (PNG) and no editable source files (.PSD, .CLIP) are delivered.

The client must provide, in a clear and orderly manner, the following information:

Type of commission

Character and scene details (Name, pose, expression, personality, pose, etc.)

Clear and good resolution visual references (mandatory for original characters)

Any other relevant information (size, resolution, etc.)

SKETCH. An initial sketch will be sent with the information acquired for the client's approval. Major changes in composition, pose and other elements may be requested at this stage.

REVISIONS. Minor detail revisions and minor color adjustments will be available free of charge after sketch approval. Major changes or additional revisions at an advanced stage of the work may incur additional costs which will be communicated in advance.

UPDATES. WIPs will be sent at key stages to ensure work is progressing as agreed or if I need clarification.

The client is responsible for reviewing WIPs and providing clear and concise feedback.

The currency applied in the prices of my commissions is the Euro (€).

Payments will be made by PayPal or Stripe.

100% upfront payment is required before starting work on the commission. Client is responsible of PayPal fee

For high value commissions (over 300 €), a 50% upfront payment can be agreed to start, and the remaining 50% before delivery of the final.

No payment will be sent until the commission has been discussed and accepted by me.

Prices may vary based on complexity, number of characters, background details, etc. A final quote will be provided prior to requesting payment.

Any additional requests or significant changes outside of the original agreed upon scope may be subject to extra charges.

The estimated time for a commission is 2-4 weeks, from receipt of full payment and all necessary information/references. This is an estimate and may vary depending on complexity, current workload and personal issues.

The client will be informed if significant delays are anticipated.

If the customer needs the commission by a specific date, this should be communicated at the outset. Rush orders may be subject to an additional fee and will depend on my availability.

As the artist, GreenGhost339 retains all copyrights to the work created. This includes the right to publish the work in my portfolio, social networks, and use it for self-promotion, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

I reserve the right to sign all my works and it is strictly forbidden to remove them.

The commission is strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

You can publish the artwork on your personal social networks, if you want with credits (e.g. mentioning my user @GreenGhost339 or linking to my profile)

You can use the artwork as avatar, banner, personal wallpaper.

You are allowed to print the artwork only for personal use (e.g. a print for your room, a gift for a friend, etc).

Reproduce the work for profit (e.g., sell prints, merchandising, use it as the cover of books/games that are sold)

Use the work to promote a business, brand or service.

Modify, rip off, or create derivative works from the commission without explicit permission.

Claim authorship of the work

Use the work in connection with NFTs, blockchain or any generative artificial intelligence technology.

If the client cancels the commission before GreenGhost339 has started work (i.e. before the sketch), 90% of the payment may be refunded.

If the client cancels the commission after the work has started (approved sketch or more advanced), the refund will be partial and proportional to the work already done, or there will be no refund. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Once the final approved work has been delivered, no refunds will be made.

GreenGhost339 is not responsible for any misuse of the artwork by the client once it is delivered.
